Shipping and Delivery

At CareerBubble, all our services are delivered digitally. As an online educational platform offering live workshops, webinars, and digital resources, no physical products are shipped or delivered.
Please read this policy carefully to understand how and when you'll receive access to our offerings.
1. Nature of Delivery
All CareerBubble services are delivered in one or more of the following ways:
- Live Online Sessions (via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Email Communication for Confirmations and Resources
- Downloadable Digital Materials (PDFs, Workbooks, etc.)
- Pre-recorded Videos or Replays (if applicable)
There is no physical shipping involved in any part of our service.
2. Delivery Timelines
a. Workshop Access
- Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing:
- Details of the workshop
- Joining link or access instructions
- Pre-event resources or prep materials (if any)
b. Digital Resources
- If your package includes downloadable materials (e.g., career kits, worksheets), they will be shared via:
- Workshop access portal or Google Drive (depending on format)
- Shared during or after the session
c. Session Reminders
- Reminder emails and WhatsApp messages (if opted in) will be sent 1 day before and 1 hour before the scheduled workshop.
3. Issues with Delivery
If you do not receive any expected email or resource within the promised timeframe, please:
- Check your spam/promotions folder
- Ensure the email address provided during registration is correct
- Contact our support team immediately via email or phone (below)
We will resolve any delivery-related issue within 48 hours of receiving your request.
4. International Access
All CareerBubble workshops are delivered online and are accessible from any location worldwide, provided you have:
- A stable internet connection
- Access to the platform used (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
